Generation Kill

Jeb and I just finished watching Generation Kill on HBO on demand. For some reason I can't get what I watched outta my head. When discussing an episode with Jeb, he said "the show is very real." It is weird to think Jeb did stuff like this when he was 18 and 19. I can't help but think of when it will be time for my brother to serve in Afghanistan. It scares me. I don't want my little brother to see stuff like that. I want to protect him. But, I guess that is what he signed up for, right?

I am not really sure how I felt about the show. It gives you a different perspective on the war and even on life. It is fairly graphic. Honestly, sometimes it was almost disturbing. But I guess that is part of war...
